At Harlowe, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your tech experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Harlowe account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
